Residential
Open and closed-cell foam are the gold standard for residential insulation. We work both new construction and existing homes — attics, walls, crawl spaces, rim joists. Done right, it cuts heating and cooling bills, eliminates drafts, and brings the upstairs and basement back into livable temperature range year-round.
Commercial
Foam insulation has reshaped commercial work in the last decade. We handle ceilings with intumescent coatings, vaulted structures, refrigeration units, masonry walls, and subterranean concrete thermal barriers. Built to code, built to last.
Agricultural
Pole barns are our agricultural specialty. We insulate ceiling and walls, fully encapsulating the structure with closed-cell foam — no air, no moisture infiltration. The closed-cell exterior holds up to abrasion, equipment, and the wear pole barns actually see.
Services we offer
Spray Foam Insulation
Polyurethane spray foam from Huntsman Building Solutions — both open-cell (Foam-Lok 500) and closed-cell (Heatlok HFO High Lift). Engineered for residential and commercial. Backed by a limited lifetime warranty. The most energy-efficient option on the market and our most-requested service.
Batt Insulation
Pre-cut rectangular sections of fiberglass or mineral wool. Slots into walls, attics, and floors. Proven, code-grade, cost-effective when foam isn’t required. Spray foam outperforms it in most assemblies, but batt remains a reliable choice for the right job.
Blown-In Fiberglass & Cellulose Insulation
Loose-fill fiberglass, cellulose, or rock wool — each with its own strengths. For Central Indiana (climate zone 5) we recommend R-38 in ceilings and R-19 in walls. Versatile, fast to install, especially useful for retrofitting existing attics.
Water, Vapor & Air Proofing
Techniques that seal the building envelope against water and air infiltration. Reduces interior damage risk, improves energy efficiency. Standard on new construction; retrofitable on existing buildings when the assembly allows.
Fire Stopping Materials
Coatings, sealants, and barriers engineered to block flames, smoke, and toxic gas at wall, floor, and ceiling penetrations. Built to exceed code where code applies and to protect occupants where it matters most.
Fire Resistant Coating
DC 315 thermal barrier — non-toxic, fume-free, fully fire-retardant. Designed for walls, attics, and crawl spaces where code requires a thermal barrier over spray foam. Integrates seamlessly with our Heatlok Soya HFO and Huntsman foam systems.
Water Repellents
Hydrophobic surface treatments — water beads off rather than soaking in. Best on masonry: brick, stone, concrete. The first line of defense against moisture intrusion in the building exterior.

Open-cell. R-3.7/in at 4"+. Air barrier at 3.5". Walls, floors, ceilings, attics.
Heatlok HFO High Lift
Closed-cell. R-7.4 at 1". NFPA 285 tested. Water-resistant barrier built in.
DC 315
Fire-rated thermal barrier. Non-toxic, fume-free, fully fire-retardant. Code-compliant coating over spray foam.
